Towards Brand Resiliency
Operationalizing Your Brand’s True Essence
In his inspiring yet somewhat controversial book, “Man’s Search for Meaning,” holocaust survivor and renowned psychologist, Victor Frankl, concluded that Nazi prisoners like himself who were able to find meaning and purpose in their circumstances—who refused to be defined by their current state and instead remained steadfastly fixated on their desired future state; their higher order destiny awaiting them after liberation—had a much higher chance of surviving the death camps than those who’d become hopeless and lost their meaning and purpose.
I believe my super powers lie in my ability to give brands that same advantage.
That by helping my clients uncover their brand’s true essence—its source of strength—and using it as the foundation for an operating system that guides all decision making will enable them to not just survive, but to thrive!

Author. Speaker. Therapist.
I work with organizations and their senior leadership to help in the prevention, treatment, or recovery from unsustainable business and marketing practices.
I help sick brands get healthy again by replacing the unhealthy habits that are harming their businesses with new ones that engender higher engagement and profitability through:
- Decreased customer acquisition costs through increased customer advocacy that reduces the dependency on expensive advertising, promotions, incentives or bribes.
- The ability to charge a premium for their products and services through the higher cachet created by the deeper brand affinity consumers feel for them.
- Higher customer lifetime value from fans who buy their brand more frequently and stay with the brand for life through stronger engagement and brand attachment.
As a Brand Rehabilitation Therapist & Engagement Engineer, I help organizations and businesses who are struggling with engagement achieve resilience. I do this by helping them identify and abandon the unhealthy habits that are eroding engagement with key audiences, then identify and adopt healthier habits and systems that will lead to sustained increases in key performance indicators.
